Submission of offline preferences and Document Verification of candidates falling under consideration zone for the post of Junior Assistant/Junior Assistant cum Computer Operator -regarding.
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released Notification No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/65/2023-04 (7263889), dated 04-10-2023, announcing the results and document verification process for the post of Junior Assistant/Junior Assistant cum Computer Operator (DMRRR). These positions were advertised in Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2022, dated 27-01-2022, under Item No.s 001 to 017, and the OMR Based Written Examination was held on 21-09-2023.
The notification includes a list of candidates (Annexure-A) who are under consideration for these positions. These candidates are required to appear in person for Document Verification before the designated Document Verification Committees of the Board. The Document Verification process is scheduled to take place from 11.10.2023 to 12.10.2023, between 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The schedule is provided based on the locations of candidates, with Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, Divisional Office, Sehkari Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu, and JKSSB, Central Office, ZamZam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar, being the designated venues for the verification process.

Candidates must also submit their order of preferences for various items (as per Annexure-B) to the document verification committees. Failure to fully or partially indicate preferences will imply agreement to any allocation of Cadre(s)/Items made by the Board. It’s essential for candidates to attend the Document Verification Committee on the scheduled dates to ensure their right to selection. Required documents and certificates in original, along with two self-attested copies, should be produced during the verification process. These documents will be scrutinized by the committee.
