- Plan and oversee the implementation of SBM Phase-Il in Panchayats/ Villages.
- Coordinate with local Government Officials, Stakeholders, and Community Leaders to mobilize resources and support for the mission.
- Conduct surveys and data collection to assess the current sanitation status of villages and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement an action plan to achieve ODF status in all villages within the Block by the deadline.
- Monitor progress and report on the implementation of SBM Phase-II at regular intervals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field staff and community volunteers working on the mission.
- Organize and conduct training and capacity building programs for local officials, community leaders, and volunteers on sanitation, hygiene, and related topics.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and standards set by the Central Government for the implementation of SBM-G Phase-II.
