Application and Selection
Candidates applying for these positions are advised to thoroughly understand the terms and conditions stipulated in the Advertisement Notice. The application form is to be submitted in the prescribed format through offline mode. A fee of Rs. 200/- is applicable and needs to be submitted along with the application form.
The selection criteria for these posts will be notified separately, ensuring a fair and transparent evaluation process. It’s important to note that candidates applying for these positions should not be more than 63 years of age as of the date of issuance of the notice.

- Date of birth certificate.
- Domicile certificate.
- 10th class Marks sheet.
- 12th class Marks sheet.
- Diploma / Degree from any recognized institute.
- Marks sheets of all years / semesters along with final marks sheet indicating marks of all the years of the Degree / Diploma, issued by the concerned institute.
- Registration certificate from J&K paramedical Nursing Council.
- Experience certificate, if any.
- No documents shall be entertained after the last date of submission of the application form.
- The candidates must possess all the qualifications at the time of applying for the post.
- Candidates have to submit a fee of 200 per application form.
- In case any candidate is eligible for more than one post, he/she has to fill the application form separately along with the fee.
- The selection criteria for the above posts shall be notified separately.
Terms and Conditions
- Candidates applying for the post should not be more than 63 years of age as of the date of issuance of this notice.
- The engagement, as per the terms of SO 364 of 2020, will be initially for one year. It can be extended up to a maximum of six years, one year at a time, based on good performance and conduct. Alternatively, it will continue until selection/promotion is made following the rules of recruitment governing the respective posts, or whichever is earlier.
- The engagement on an academic arrangement basis can be terminated by either party with prior notice of one month. Failure to provide such notice will result in the forfeiture of one month’s salary.
- The engagement of candidates can be terminated without any prior notice by the appointing authority when the post is filled under the rules. Candidates will have no claim against the Government or the appointing authority in such cases.
- Candidates are advised to submit all the mandatory prescribed/requisite documents along with the application form well before the deadline to avoid last-minute rushes. Failure to submit these documents will lead to the rejection of the applicant’s candidature without prior notice.
- The consolidated salary will be paid according to the criteria outlined in SO 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020. This payment will continue as long as the individual remains in service and actively fulfills their duties.
- In-service candidates need not apply for these positions.
