NIELIT Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

- Workshop Superintendent: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) or Associate Member of Institute of Engineers (AMIE) in the field of Mechanical Engineering is required, along with 5 years of experience.
- Assistant Director (Admn.): Graduate with 60% marks and PG Diploma in Personnel/HR Management/Industrial Relation/Labour Law, or Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks and PG Diploma in Personnel/HR Management/Industrial Relation/Labour Law, or MBA in Personnel/HR Management with 60% marks. Candidates should also have 2 to 7 years of experience based on their qualifications.
- Senior Technical Assistant: Regular BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics & Communications, or Equivalent with First Class. Alternatively, candidates with M.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics or MCA with 60% marks can also apply. Post-qualification experience varies based on educational qualifications.
- Junior Assistant: Candidates should be a First Class Graduate from a recognized University/Institution with a typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi. Working knowledge of computers is preferred, and candidates with NIELIT ‘CCC’ or higher certification will have an advantage. Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience is required.
